My company had a negotiation between manager and staff in last weekend. It discussed work and salary for staffs. We will have a plan to work with one company' construction. So we will have to work hard to complete contract. Our staffs will work hard, me too. We plan to increase time for working by 2 hours than usual days because of alot of works and we will to increase salary for them by 5%. However, they only agree with us about increasing time for working and don't agree on salary. They suggested to increase salary by 7% and had bonus for persons who make many products. Finally, after 2 hours discussion we decided to increase salary by 6% and had bonus for persons work hardly.

Being a good manager requires a lot of qualities and skills and being a manager also has many advantages and disadvantages. To be a manager, you will have much power and receive respect from staffs and all in your company. You will be well-known by all other people. In addition, you will get high income when you are a manager. You also have more travel opportunities and build up wide relationship with other people. It helps you very much in your communication and learn more knowlegdes and experiences of other people. But is also has many disadvantages. Being a you manager, you will have little free time and to be under high pressure. You will easy to get stress. In addition, you must take high responsibility in work.

Advertisement program on TV develop faster and the qualities are more interesting. One of my favourite advertisement is about “Romano” – a cosmetic label for men. The reason why I like is that it is for men and it represents the men in the whole world. It has manly color – blue and an elegant shape, the company of romano invests a lots about model both men and women who lauch it. Romano doesn’t only produce shampoo, seream shower. But also hair style gel, perfume. And other reason why I like because it is the first product of Nuhich is the most popular in the world. I also love the slogan Romano always speaks out: “The mystery behind the trade label”. To sum up, everytime I buy it, everytime I feel satisfied.
